He is now forty-four and has responsibility for twenty restaurants in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and other cities.

In today’s currency, it’s under 22 USD and you do not need to leave a tip in Japan.
Mr. Matsumoto wants to increase consumer and staff satisfaction, increase productivity in the restaurant business, and establish the restaurant industry as the most popular career in the world by embracing the newest technology.
“If Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen is well-liked by so many customers, I would like to open a restaurant internationally,” said Mr. Matsumoto. He gets excited when customers smile, “I’ve never had ramen like this before.”
