New menu is here! Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen

We discovered a restaurant that merges Wagyu, sukiyaki, and ramen into a lavish dish!

Dark soy sauce and Wagyu oil are used to combine medium-thick noodles, and complement the decadent flavor of black Wagyu beef.

Wagyu means Japanese beef, and sukiyaki is a traditional and popular one-pot meal cooked with beef and vegetables.

Sukiyaki is one of the healthiest meals in Japan and has been enjoyed for generations and it is really good with ramen noodles!

On top of its numerous health benefits, Japanese Wagyu Beef is known to lower bad cholesterol.

It’s common knowledge that beef is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Wagyu in particular is high in iron, protein, and vital amino acids.

Including tax, the cost is 3,278 yen.

In today’s currency, it’s under 22 USD and you do not need to leave a tip in Japan.

Super affordable!

Yakko Dining (BEEF KITCHEN STAND), which currently has restaurants in Tokyo and Yokohama (Kanagawa), is the company that produced this ramen.

“Everything was made to perfection; it is a hearty meal,” said one of the diners.

I asked Mr. Takeshi Matsumoto, the chef who invented Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen, what the most difficult part was.

“We were so concerned with quality that it took a year from concept to commercialization,” he said.

In the future, Mr. Matsumoto hopes to operate a restaurant worldwide so that more people can try Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen.

So many clients already adore it.

By using the newest technologies, Mr. Matsumoto hopes to boost employee and customer satisfaction and productivity.

If you happen to be in Tokyo or Yokohama, you should definitely eat Mr. Matsumoto’s delicious new dish.
