Omelets are delicious foods prepared from eggs. Today there are a variety of recipes to prepare fine omelets. Cleaning the omelet pans

An important issue with the pans is their cleaning. Because egg scraps can adhere well, it is important that you can rinse the models under hot water or even clean them in the dishwasher. In particular, steel and aluminum pans can be cleaned excellently because they are equipped with a coating. But also with stainless steel pans good cleaning results can be achieved, which is why these are also suitable for the preparation of fine omelets. The amateur chef, on the other hand, can use a simple trick: add a drop of the beaten egg mass to the pan. If it contracts immediately, the pan is too hot. If nothing happens, the pan is too cold. When the drop begins to falter slightly, the pan has the right temperature.

So the omelet is nice loose

If you want the egg dish to be a bit looser, you can add a dash of mineral water to the ingredients. The carbonic acid contained in the mineral water ensures that the omelet becomes nice and airy. Pepper provides a slight sharpness. If you like, add some chili powder.
